Christine Quinney-Spencer, Miss East Birmingham International, was recently the special guest at the Dog Watch Charity Fun Show!
Christine had the most amazing day at the show! Here is what she had to say:
‘For this event, I went to support a charity, that’s close to our family’s heart due to a dear four legged friend we rehomed 3 years ago and that is now part of our family! Her name is Merry and she is approximately 5 years old, and she is a Lab x SBT. I thought not only is dog showing my favourite hobby, it’s for a good cause! I went last year, and we won Best Veteran in Show with Dallida, and got Best pedigree bitch with Anna, so I thought I will continue to support this charity! While at this event, the lady over the speaker phone, kindly gave a speech about myself been a special guest and explained that I will be competing in the final of Miss International and Miss Intercontinental. Today we won Best pedigree Bitch with Anna and got a third in Prettiest Bitch with Gracie, Dallida went unplaced. We supported this event starting with beautiful warm weather, and half way through it started to rain but we continued anyway! I also volunteered and walked one of the dogs in need of a home called Ella.’
We are so glad Christine had such a great day, well done Christine!
