Miss Brighton International, Marra Murphy, was invited to be a judge at the Woodingdean Carnival!

Marra Murphy, Our Miss Brighton International, was recently invited to be part of the judging panel at the Woodingdean Carnival!

She also did a great job raising funds for the Christie Charity, by holding a tombola!

Here is what Marra had to say:

‘I was invited to be a judge at the Woodingdean carnival where I had to judge the different floats of the parade and also had to the judge the fancy dress round where many young girls and boys from the community took part. I also had the pleasure of meeting Simon Kirby the conservative MP for Brighton and Hove who is our representative in the House of Commons and also had the chance to meet the beautiful carnival queen and princess. Furthermore I also had a stall where I sold cakes and ran tombola where all proceeds went towards the Christie cancer charity. It was the perfect family day out with the sun shining and was one of the most successful carnivals yet!’

Great job Marra!
